While we do not offer refunds, we gladly provide exchanges or store credit for items that are damaged or defective, provided the request is made within seven days of purchase. All returns must be shipped at the buyer’s expense within seven days of receiving the package.
Please note that refunds are not available for sewing classes; however, store credit may be issued under certain circumstances.
